If you are looking for feature-rich WordPress themes, check out WooThemes. Instead of a "blog" style theme, your site can look all "Web 2.0" while still running WordPress. And they have several free themes also!

Another alternative to use to send large files over the internet is www.mailbigfile.com. It's a fast, simple and secure way to send your precious files when they're too large for e-mail. Best of all, it's free to use.

Hi Mustaf,

It looks like you are hosting with GoDaddy. They have several tools to help build websites -- they charge a little more per month for them, but can make it very easy to make a new site.
A good question to start with is: what kind of site do you need -- what do you need to do with it?
* Some sites are just static -- they don't change much. Those are pretty easy to build. Just add some HTML pages and images and you are done.
* Some sites are dynamic -- they change because of what visitors choose, or, they have a LOT of content. You might want to check out my CMS article for help.
If you need some more help, let me know the type of site you want to build.

Wired has an article about Google's omnipresence that is eye-opening: “Google has been deploying banks of servers inside those same networks, so traffic to Google’s servers never has to leave an ISP”...

Here's a proxy to help you use Google while keeping some of your identity safe: GoogleSharing.net. As they say, "Google thrives where privacy does not. If you're like most internet users, Google knows more about you than you might be comfortable with. " You simply add the Firefox add-on and continue on your merry way. Interesting concept!
